We want you to love your space. That’s why we offer a 30-day return policy.
Changed your mind? If you decide your piece isn’t quite right, you have up to 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s). Please read the return conditions below. If you decide to return your item(s), you will be responsible for the return shipping fee. Please note that return shipping fees may be significantly higher than the shipping fees we provide to you at checkout. We provide low shipping rates as a service to our customers, but we cannot guarantee those rates for return shipping. We will refund to you the purchase price less the return shipping fee.
You can return your Abodelux order for any reason — even if you just change your mind. To ensure a successful return, please make sure that your piece is in as-new condition, and that you have the original packaging on hand.
- Products must be in new and unused condition (for example no stains, tears, or other soiling- including odors). Products with scratches, stains, damages, drilling, or other modifications cannot be returned.
- If you decide to return a product(s) that does not meet return conditions, we will not send the item back, and you will not be refunded for the product(s).
- Products must be returned in the original packaging with all original product inserts.
- Any return shipping and/or delivery fees are non-refundable.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns and refunds.
The returned merchandise will be inspected within a few business days of arriving at our location. Once we’ve determined that the product is in as-new condition, our team will process your return and issue a refund minus the return shipping fees.
Please note that depending on your card issuer’s policy, it may take up to 10 business days for your refund to appear on your credit statement.
If your order hasn’t shipped yet and you’ve had a change of heart, you may cancel and receive a full refund of your purchase by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org
If we receive your request before your order ships, you will receive a full refund. If your order has already shipped, please wait for your items to arrive and then follow our return policy above to return them.
We strive to send out all items as safely as possible. Sometimes products are handled rough during transit and accidents occur. If any product arrives damaged, rest assured we have you covered. You must contact us at within 24 hours of delivery time at email@example.com and we will work out a solution.
We will process your refund as soon as the item has been received as returned. The item must be in returnable condition, as noted above. We will send you and email when your refund is issued. You should receive your refund as quickly as your bank or credit card company can issue it to you, which usually around 14 business days. If it has been more than 14 days and you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
